Bust

Measure the bust at the fullest part of your apex, the highest part of your chest. Be sure not to measure underneath. Pull the measuring tape as tightly as you can without changing the natural shape of your bust.

Waist

While standing up straight, bend at the waist to one side. The crease that forms is where your natural waist is located. Measure around the smallest part of your torso and there you'll find your waist measurement.

Hips

Your hips are naturally the widest point on your body and might be below your hipbones. Stand with your feet together and wrap the measuring tape snugly around to find an accurate measurement.
